Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Freedom Tier 10 is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in locating it.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
